Taxley was founded to help entrepreneurs and families navigate financial uncertainty and tax compliance. By 2012, Taxley would officially become an Enrolled Agent-led firm specializing in IRS and state tax problem resolution.

Anisha Bailey, EA, MSEL
Anisha Bailey, founder and CEO of Taxley, is a federally licensed Enrolled Agent with a Master’s in Executive Leadership.
After leaving a corporate tax career with Deloitte, Anisha chose to work directly with small business owners – where the financial, operational, and personal realities of entrepreneurship are often deeply interconnected.
For nearly two decades, she has worked with business owners navigating IRS matters, financial uncertainty, operational strain, leadership demands, and complex business decisions affecting both the entrepreneur and the business itself.
That experience shaped the development of the CentsableCEO™ framework, which informs how Taxley provides business advisory services.
Anisha saw entrepreneurs in need of more than surface-level information and patchwork solutions. This led to Taxley’s expansion into formal business advisory, a guided experience in the executive development of entrepreneurs who value professional training and strengthening sustainable business growth.
With a commitment to support successful entrepreneurship beyond her personal capacity, Anisha founded ElevatEA™, a workforce development initiative focused on building the professional infrastructure to ensure a growing number of Enrolled Agents are equipped to support small business owners nationwide.
