Unit 1 builds the advisor mindset and equips learners to lead clients through the full spectrum of personal tax, financial, and behavioral complexity. Modules include:

Unit 2 positions advisors to support entrepreneurs at a high level — integrating personal finances, business performance, operational reality, and tax strategy.

Outcome: Advisors diagnose business viability, assess structural health, and guide owners toward sustainable operational and financial decisions.

Outcome: Advisors identify behavioral risk patterns, stabilize decision-making, and lead clients through emotional financial situations with authority.

Outcome: Advisors evaluate the full financial ecosystem, uncover misalignment between personal and business finances, and restructure for stability.

Outcome: Advisors interpret P&Ls, balance sheets, cash cycles, and red flags to provide advanced, meaningful financial advisory.

Outcome: Advisors guide key business decisions — hiring readiness, pricing strategy, capacity planning, and revenue modeling.

Outcome: Advisors confidently assess entity types, advise on elections, and correct entity misalignment with business goals.

Outcome: Advisors resolve high-stakes business tax issues, including SFRs, payroll tax failures, and Trust Fund Recovery exposure.

Outcome: Advisors navigate field/correspondence exams, Revenue Agent procedures, comply with IDRs, build appeal arguments, and use IRS Audit Technique Guides (ATGs) to support audit defense.
