Founded on Advocacy
Taxley was founded to help entrepreneurs and families navigate financial uncertainty and tax compliance. By 2012, Taxley would officially become an Enrolled Agent-led firm specializing in IRS and state tax problem resolution.
2023
Raising the Standard
Understanding that the future of successful small business ownership would require supporting the growth of the Enrolled Agent profession, our founder created ApprentEA™, the first registered apprenticeship program in the Enrolled Agent profession’s history.

Anisha Bailey, EA, MSEL
Anisha Bailey is Founder & CEO of Taxley, an Enrolled Agent, former Deloitte tax consultant, and architect of the Taxley Methodology.
Through nearly two decades of helping entrepreneurs resolve complex IRS and state tax matters, she recognized that sustainable resolution requires more than solving tax problems – it requires strengthening the entrepreneur behind the business.
Throughout her career, she recognized that tax problems rarely exist in isolation. They often develop alongside financial pressure, operational complexity, and leadership challenges.
That insight became the foundation of the Taxley Methodology – an entrepreneur-centered approach that combines tax resolution with the financial, operational, and leadership capabilities required for long-term success.
Today, Anisha leads Taxley’s work with entrepreneurs, professional firms, and workforce development initiatives focused on advancing the Enrolled Agent profession.
