OUR CEO

After 14-years of building a successful, nationally known tax resolution firm, in 2022 Taxley transitioned to focus on enhancing career opportunities for diverse, talented, and aspiring professionals seeking careers in tax law and consulting. As a team, we prioritize excellence, integrity, accountability, timeliness, and balance, so we can lead by example as we mentor the next generations of Enrolled Agents.

Telework

Employees must have the tech equipment, discipline, and time management skills to telework from a professional environment (e.g. home office) with no distractions.

Agile

In this fast-pace environment change is inevitable. You must remain open-minded with an ability to embrace internal and external changes, and pivot as necessary.​

Timely

Our motto: 5-minutes early is on time, 15-minutes early is noteworthy, and traditional on time is late! Timeliness is essential and must be prioritized.

A commitment to self-care is necessary to our success as a team, and your personal and professional longevity. We require self-care as much as a dedication to getting the work done.

PAY STRUCTURE

Employment Structure

You'll be considered a statutory employee, which is effectively an employee for FICA and control purposes, with the tax benefits and obligations of the self-employed.

Payroll

You'll be paid on the 5th of the month for work completed in the previous month.
