Business Advisory

Lead with Clarity.

Build with Structure.

Grow with Confidence.

Taxley provides structured advisory for entrepreneurs ready to move from reactive decision-making to disciplined clarity – building stronger businesses with greater stability and operational control.

We strengthen how founders evaluate financial, operational, and strategic decisions before execution so growth creates stability instead of hidden risk.

Clarity Changes the Quality of Business Decisions

Entrepreneurs rarely struggle because they lack ambition or effort. They struggle because critical decisions about money, compliance, hiring, structure, and growth are often made under pressure without clear structure or context.

Over time, those decisions compound.

Taxley advisory strengthens how founders evaluate decisions — bringing structure and clarity so growth does not create avoidable risk.

Our Philosophy

Leadership Clarity Shapes Business Sustainability

Businesses never operate independently of the people who build them. They become only as disciplined, structured, and stable as the entrepreneurs making the decisions.

When founders lack clarity about financial risk, operational structure, and long-term strategy, those blind spots compound inside the business – affecting the owner, their team, their family, and the communities they serve.

Taxley’s advisory philosophy begins with a simple premise:

Better decisions build stronger businesses.

This philosophy focuses founders on the core leadership decisions that shape long-term business stability:

  • disciplined financial decision-making
  • leadership structure and accountability
  • operational standards and systems
  • tax responsibility and compliance
  • the relationship between business growth and the entrepreneur’s personal life

Most advisory environments treat business strategy as separate from the personal reality of the founder. In practice, they are inseparable.

Taxley helps entrepreneurs build businesses intentionally – organizations capable of supporting both professional success and personal stability over time.

From this philosophy, the CentsableCEO™ framework was developed.

The CentsableCEO™ Framework

The CentsableCEO™ framework guides the decision structure used in Taxley advisory – and organizes leadership decisions across six interconnected domains that shape long-term business stability.

PILLAR 1

Personal-Business Readiness

Entrepreneurs do not make business decisions in isolation. Personal financial pressure and lifestyle expectations influence how founders evaluate risk, pricing, and growth.

This pillar strengthens financial awareness so personal realities support, rather than distort, business decisions.

PILLAR 2

Tax REsponsibility & Resolution

Tax obligations are an often misunderstood responsibility of entrepreneurship. When compliance is unclear, decisions become reactive and expensive.

This pillar establishes clarity around tax responsibility and resolution pathways so tax pressure does not destabilize the business.

PILLAR 3

Impact & Profit Alignment

Many entrepreneurs pursue meaningful work without clearly defining how that impact translates into sustainable profit.

This pillar aligns mission, value creation, and financial sustainability so the business can support long-term stability.

PILLAR 4

Financial Management Systems

Limited financial visibility causes founders to make decisions based on assumptions rather than facts.

This pillar strengthens financial understanding so entrepreneurs can evaluate cash flow, margins, and investment decisions with confidence.

PILLAR 5

Operational Infrastructure

Without clear processes and operating standards, organizations become dependent on the founder for daily decisions.

This pillar focuses on building structure, delegation systems, and operational clarity so the business can grow beyond the founder.

PILLAR 6

Scale & Exit Strategy

Growth without intentional structure limits long-term scalability and exit opportunities.

This pillar helps entrepreneurs think strategically about expansion, ownership structure, and long-term value creation.

Learning disciplined decision-making is far less expensive than correcting avoidable mistakes.

Meet the Founder

Anisha Bailey, EA, MSEL

Founder & CEO, Taxley

Anisha Bailey is a federally licensed Enrolled Agent and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience advising business owners navigating tax pressure, financial strain, and complex operational decisions.

After years of watching capable entrepreneurs navigate complex financial and tax realities without clear guidance, she evolved Taxley from a traditional tax resolution firm into a structured advisory environment focused on prevention, clarity, and course correction.

Anisha believes entrepreneurs deserve advisors who understand that business decisions are never made in isolation – they are made within the context of the owner’s personal life, their impact on the communities they serve, and their long-term goals.

Taxley was built to serve entrepreneurs around that reality.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our advisory services are designed for business owners who value disciplined thinking and long-term clarity. If you’re looking for tactics, motivation, or passive content, this won’t be a fit.

Taxley Advisory is a structured advisory engagement designed to help entrepreneurs strengthen how they evaluate financial, operational, and leadership decisions.

Rather than providing isolated advice or quick solutions, Taxley works with founders over time to improve the quality of the decisions shaping their businesses. This advisory environment is built to help entrepreneurs operate with greater financial clarity, leadership discipline, and long-term stability.

The CentsableCEO™ framework is the structured decision model used within Taxley Advisory.

It was developed from nearly two decades of experience working with entrepreneurs navigating financial pressure, tax complexity, and operational growth. The framework helps founders evaluate decisions across six areas that influence long-term business stability:

  • personal financial readiness
  • tax responsibility and compliance
  • impact and profit clarity
  • business financial management
  • operational infrastructure
  • scale and long-term strategy

Within advisory sessions, entrepreneurs apply this framework to real decisions affecting their businesses.

Taxley Advisory begins with the purchase of a Founder/CEO seat.

This seat establishes the advisory relationship and provides the founder with access to all advisory sessions and resources.

Once the Founder/CEO seat is established, additional leadership seats may be added for key members of the leadership team (such as a COO, CFO, or GM) who would benefit from participating in advisory discussions and applying the framework within the organization.

Leadership seats exist to support internal alignment and implementation. However, the advisory relationship is always anchored to the Founder/CEO seat.

Taxley’s Business Advisory service is not coaching, a mastermind, or a traditional consulting engagement.

It is a structured advisory environment designed to strengthen how entrepreneurs frame and evaluate complex decisions. The focus is not motivational guidance or tactical shortcuts, but disciplined thinking and leadership judgment.

Taxley Advisory is primarily delivered within a confidential group-based advisory environment.

Working in a structured peer setting allows founders to evaluate decisions through multiple perspectives while strengthening judgment and leadership discipline. All sessions operate under strict confidentiality and participation standards.

Taxley Advisory focuses primarily on strengthening decision discipline and leadership clarity.

However, some advisory clients pursue additional implementation support when deeper operational assistance is needed. In those situations, Taxley may provide limited one-on-one consulting support to help translate advisory insights into operational execution.

Entrepreneurs typically begin in one of two ways:

  • attending a Taxley Info Session, or
  • booking a Clarity Consultation

The consultation is a private working session designed to evaluate fit, clarify priorities, and determine whether advisory engagement is appropriate.

If Taxley Advisory is the right fit, the next step for engagement will be outlined during that session.

Yes.

Because Taxley Advisory is a structured environment with participation standards, a consultation ensures the engagement is appropriate for both the entrepreneur and the advisory group. This process helps maintain the quality and integrity of the advisory environment.

Yes.

Once the Founder/CEO seat is established, additional leadership seats may be added for senior team members.

These seats allow leaders to attend sessions, apply the framework within their functional areas, and help maintain consistent operating standards inside the organization.

These seats allow leaders to attend sessions, apply the framework within their functional areas, and help maintain consistent operating standards inside the organization.

As we often say inside the advisory environment: A CEO can delegate tasks. Responsibility cannot be delegated.

Our business advisory service is structured as a 12-month engagement.

This timeframe allows entrepreneurs to apply the advisory framework across multiple decision framework cycles while building stronger financial visibility, leadership discipline, and operational clarity.

Advisory Services operate on a monthly session cadence.

Sessions are held live online on the 1st through 4th Wednesdays of each month:

  • Framework Sessions: 1:30 – 3:00 PM ET
  • Office Hours: 3:00 – 4:00 PM ET

No Framework Sessions or Office Hours are held during April, August, and December.

Framework Sessions focus on applying the CentsableCEO™ decision framework to real leadership challenges. Office Hours provide additional time for deeper discussion and practical implementation questions.

This cadence results in 36 Framework Sessions and 36 Office Hour sessions annually.

Framework Sessions are structured decision discussions centered on one of the six pillars of the CentsableCEO™ framework, per session.

Rather than offering tactical advice, sessions focus on strengthening how entrepreneurs evaluate decisions.

Discussions typically examine:

  • what rules govern the issue
  • what assumptions, constraints, and tradeoffs are shaping the decision
  • what responsible leadership requires before action

Participants leave with clearer judgment, stronger framing, and greater leadership discipline.

No. Framework Sessions and Office Hours are live-only discussions to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of the advisory environment.

Participants are expected to attend and engage live.

Members receive written framework briefs following sessions to reinforce the decision principles discussed, but these are not transcripts or recordings.

Taxley may record sessions internally for quality assurance, training, or compliance purposes, but recordings are not distributed and participant recording is strictly prohibited.

Office Hours immediately follow each Framework Session and provide additional time for discussion, clarification, and application of the framework.

These sessions allow founders and leadership teams to explore how the principles discussed during the Framework Session apply to their specific business realities.

Discussions typically examine:

  • what rules govern the issue
  • what assumptions, constraints, and tradeoffs are shaping the decision
  • what responsible leadership requires before action

Participants leave with clearer judgment, stronger framing, and greater leadership discipline.

Yes, but tax resolution is only available within the context of an advisory relationship.

Taxley does not provide standalone tax resolution services. When tax issues arise for advisory clients, the firm can intervene and help to resolve the matter when representing the client.

Taxley Advisory is designed for entrepreneurs who:

  • are leading businesses with increasing complexity
  • want stronger financial visibility and leadership discipline
  • are making high-stakes decisions about structure, hiring, or growth
  • value structured thinking over reactive problem-solving

Entrepreneurs seeking quick tactics, passive content, or motivational coaching will likely find this environment is not the right fit.

No. Taxley Advisory is not built around a single industry or business model.

The advisory framework focuses on the leadership, financial, and operational decisions that affect nearly every entrepreneurial business, regardless of industry.

While industries differ, the core challenges founders face are remarkably similar:

  • financial visibility and cash flow management
  • tax responsibility and compliance
  • leadership structure and delegation
  • operational systems and infrastructure
  • growth strategy and long-term stability

The CentsableCEO™ framework helps entrepreneurs evaluate these realities more clearly so decisions are made with stronger judgment and discipline.

Taxley Advisory is designed for entrepreneurs who are actively responsible for the financial and operational direction of a business.

Many Founders/CEO begin engaging with advisory when they are:

  • navigating growth or increasing operational complexity
  • facing financial pressure or tax exposure
  • hiring leadership for the first time
  • making structural decisions about scaling the business

Some entrepreneurs join earlier to build their business correctly from the beginning, while others join after years of operating when they want to strengthen leadership discipline, operational control, and financial clarity.

The consultation helps determine whether the advisory environment is appropriate for your current stage.
