As a young single mom, Anisha Bailey left a successful career at Deloitte in 2008 to dive into entrepreneurship. She built a tax resolution firm focused on helping individuals and business owners resolve tax debt, compliance, and audit problems – becoming well known and respected in the industry.

But after 15 years, she knew it was time to serve the greater need of paving a smoother path for others who may be interested in following in her professional footsteps. In 2023, she announced Taxley’s new workforce development academy. “The inspiration behind this expansion was rooted in the concept of ‘create what you wish existed,’” she says.
