Open to aspiring professionals ages 17+, ExplorEA is a structured 6-week career exploration program designed to introduce participants to the EA profession, career opportunities, and day-to-day work.
Participants gain career awareness and guidance to determine whether the profession aligns with their interests, strengths, and long-term goals.

InternEA™
90-Day Paid Internship Experience
Open to qualified ExplorEA participants and alumni, InternEA helps connect participants with paid 90-day internship opportunities that provide practical workplace exposure within an EA practice environment.
Participants gain real-world exposure while employers and future professionals evaluate long-term career and employment fit.
Step 3
ApprentEA™
2-Year Registered Apprenticeship
ApprentEA provides a structured registered apprenticeship program that helps employers develop future Enrolled Agents through paid employment, technical instruction, and mentorship.
Participants build professional competency while employers gain a proven workforce development model designed to strengthen long-term talent pipelines.
Together, these pathways help employers build future Enrolled Agents and develop talent up to three times faster than traditional business, law, and accounting education pathways.
