about getting TAx Resolution Help

A tax account investigation is the first step we take to diagnose your federal and state tax problems. During the investigation, we will contact the IRS and state, on your behalf, to determine the extent of your tax issues and determine the strategy needed to fix them.

Our 3-step process is explained in detail here.

Generally speaking, starting with an investigation allows us to help you avoid collection action before it starts. Our investigation shows the tax authorities that you are making an effort to correct your tax issues.

Without an investigation, you may be unaware of any pending enforcement, including financially crippling wage garnishments and bank levies. Therefore, conducting an investigation allows us to put you back in control, so you can begin to mitigate any damage that could have been caused by not communicating with the IRS or state to resolve your tax problems.

Our tax account investigation services start at $999. However, as with all of our services, our flat fees are customized based on the specific needs of each client.

We do not offer internal payment plans for the tax account investigation services. However, we do offer third-party financing options for all services as needed – for those who qualify.

Once we’ve completed your investigation, we will reach out to discuss our findings, recommendations, and answer any questions you may have. Once we’ve completed this review, you’ll have the option to either resolve the matter independently (on your own) or upgrade to our tax resolution services so we can resolve the matter for you.

Yes, up to 100% of your investigation fee can be credited toward your tax resolution fee if you upgrade your services within 45 days of registering for the tax account investigation.

Our tax account investigation services focus on providing a diagnosis of your tax problems so you can begin to understand the extent of your tax issues and what’s need to resolve them.

Based on the tax account investigation, clients can upgrade to receive our tax resolution services, which allows us to resolve the tax problems for you, so you don’t have to fix them on your own.

Anything is possible, therefore, the short answer is: Absolutely!

A good question to consider is whether or not it’s in your best interest to resolve the matter on your own. Will your solution address the root cause of the problem or will it just be a patch that temporarily provides relief until the next tax issue arises?

When starting with our tax account investigation service we can provide the clarity you need to determine if you feel comfortable with resolving the matter on your own.

In addition to saving you a ton of time and headache, choosing to have Taxley resolve your tax problem allows you to leverage our expertise when addressing the root cause of your tax issues and develop solid tax resolution strategies that prevent future tax issues. Unfortunately, many taxpayers find us after having a poor experience elsewhere. We understand how frustrating this can be and how it can cause you to lose faith in this entire process, and we’re sorry to hear that you’ve had similar experiences.

Our approach is straightforward, focusing on resolving your tax problems efficiently and in alignment with your goals. We are very proud to say that our average case completion time is just 3-6 months, opposed to 2-4 years.

Taxley is a taxpayer advocacy firm specializing in protecting and guiding entrepreneurs who are overwhelmed with IRS and state tax problems. We provide the following services:

Yes! Taxley is a certified African-American woman-owned tax resolution firm, founded by Anisha Bailey in 2008 and HQ’d in Cincinnati, OH.

Anisha is a federally licensed Enrolled Agent who, as a 27-year old single mother of two, left her corporate tax career at Deloitte, in 2008, to launch Taxley.

A firm believer in the power of God, faith, integrity, and action, Anisha is known as a professional who can “get things done!” With over 15 years of experience in tax law, entrepreneurship, and personal financial management, she brings a wealth of knowledge when implementing unique tax resolution strategies for individuals and entrepreneurs.

Referred to as “the consummate professional with a human touch,” Anisha leads with integrity, compassion, expertise, and assertiveness when advocating for clients.

In an effort to enhance opportunities in tax law and consulting careers, Anisha worked with the Dept. of Labor to create the first-ever Enrolled Agent apprenticeship program, with the goal of empowering the next generation of tax professionals.

In addition to running Taxley, Anisha co-owns Sorbailee, a family owned and operated dairy-free gelato company, with her husband. When completing tax resolutions, Anisha sends clients Sorbailee gelato to celebrate their resolution.

When you need any kind of tax help, we always suggest seeking out an Enrolled Agent first. This is simply because most CPAs and attorneys don’t specialize in tax law. Tax attorneys are most valuable when dealing with tax court or criminal tax matters.

Enrolled Agents specialize in tax law – many of whom have experience in taxpayer advocacy and working with IRS and state tax authorities directly.

Unlike non-EAs, Enrolled Agents are the only tax professionals required to demonstrate and maintain their competence in tax law.

We are known for thinking outside of the box and steering clear of cookie-cutter solutions often used by others in the tax resolution industry.

We take the time to get to know our clients, understanding your concerns, your history of tax problems, and your business and personal goals. We believe in your bright future and tailor our approach to ensure we address your unique needs effectively.

When needing tax resolution help, we always start with a tax account investigation so we can thoroughly assess your tax problem, so we can accurately determine how best to help you.

When resolving your tax problems, we provide the most comprehensive financial analysis, which has been very powerful for clients who struggle with business and personal financial management. Our final analysis provides clients a true understanding of their income, expenses, assets, and liabilities – most clients have never had this level of financial clarity.

Clients use the financial analysis to begin the process of running their businesses better and managing their money smarter. We use the financial analysis to implement smart resolution strategies that focus on helping you reach your goals, while avoiding future tax and financial problems.

Tax resolution is not a scam. Unfortunately, however, this industry is just one of many industries that have seen its fair share of people having been scammed or misled by companies and “professionals” who prey on the vulnerability of others for a quick buck.

Getting expert tax resolution help is an investment in your financial security, peace of mind, and future goals. Therefore, who you hire and the value they provide matters.
